ENGINEERING / 6 STAR ENERGY ASSESSMENT

ET Design will help organise and co-ordinate with any engineers and other consultants for you as required for your project as part of our service. For all projects, ET Design will be able to hold your hand throughout your project and guide you in the right direction by organising quotes and co-ordinating with engineers, surveyors, certifiers etc.

COUNCIL APPROVAL

Planning Approval - Coordination of all activities required to obtain the planning approval, including follow-ups and discussions with planners, authorities and others; including facilitating any required supporting documentation and responses to any representations against the development.

Full Development Approval - Coordination of all activities required to obtain the full development approval, including facilitation of a full set of working drawings with:

• engineering
• soil reports
• framing layouts
• stormwater drainage layouts
• energy efficiency reports

Upon reviewing all documentation, ensure that all documentation is certified and provided with the necessary council consents.
